Pet Portraits Image Guidelines
The most important part of your order is the quality of the pet photo you send us. Here are some tips and guidelines to help you have a great photo:
- Take photos during the day, outdoors, avoiding flash or harsh sunlight.
- Use a smartphone or, if possible, a camera for the best photo quality.
- The photo should clearly show the entire face and neck area. Avoid shadows under the neck.
- Do not edit the photo using editing apps so we can have the true and accurate colors of your pet.
- Try to keep your pet still to avoid blurry photos. Ensure the ears are within the frame.
Note:
Accessories like collars, leashes, bows, hats, and other cute items will not be included in the final pet portrait design.
